BF3 PB Problem

Hey guys im back I was moving houses so I didnt had net for a while... I have also missed alot in BF, and i have allready a problem. I tried to play yesterday at any random server, but it kicked me out, it only said "You were kicked from the server", the next error talks something about PB etc.

I have tried updating my PB but it still doesnt work, i have re-installed BF, PB and still nothing ;( Im heartbroken...


HEELP PLEASE!!

Can you try to join a server without PB activated, and tell us if you have the same message ?

I tried non pb server, it works fine, so its something to do with pb

1- Download this file : http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
2- Run it "as administrator"
3- At step 1 of 3, click on  "Test Services"
4- At the end of the test, click on "Copy" and paste the results in this thread.

Let's fix this!


- Open your file browser (Computer icon) and go there : C:\Windows\SysWOW64
- scroll down and look for : "PnkBstrA.exe" and "PnkBstrB.exe", copy them
- Now go to C:\Windows\System32 and paste the two files in this folder.


When it's done you can close all your windows and do an update with pbsetup.exe. Then get ready to try BF3 again wihtout the kick issue

Hmm i have pasted it, and when im running "Test Service" it comes up with the same error, that it's missing those 2 files :S damn i was getting soo excited

Don't rely on this last "test service", just run a PB update after you've paste the files, and then run BF3.

I have tried that aswell, and still there's the same problem going on

Run the installation again through the pbsvc.exe (http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe), be sure there are still the two files in the folder named system32 and try again...

I tried it too unvortunately it doesnt work... But when i looked at some topics on net, people said it sometimes was fine although they didn't do nothing, some people did what you have told me Haggis, and it worked for them so i dont know why, if you have TeamViewer, you can try by ur self
