Hello, i came up with an Idea but im not sure if you have spoke about it before...
Well, basicly like in some other games, someone could make up a team of for example: 5 players, which will play different classes and challenge other squads. We all have teamspeak so its easy to communicate, and i think all of these challenges might be really interesting + give us alot of new friends and skills
Its just a basic suggestion, but it might work. I think there are pages that you can register your clan in a specific game and play tournamets for it.
